SHIPPING COSTS: If ordering through the secure internet web site, then the postage will be calculated depending on the weight of the parcel and destination, although some variations may occur, given that the US Post Office has raised their prices recently.

Overseas & Canada: Same as above, except where specifically listed. WE WILL NOT OVER CHARGE FOR SHIPPING! The US Post Office no longer ships via boat (surface) and no longer can guarantee insuring the parcels. ALL PARCELS OUTSIDE OF THE US ARE SENT AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK. Placing an order with Europa Books, Inc. via telephone, mail, fax or the internet implies acceptance of this and implies that purchaser will waive his right to file a claim with his/her credit card company, bank, or other transaction agency in case merchandise goes missing, is destroyed in transit, lost, or otherwise does not arrive in perfect condition or does not arrive at all.

All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost, missing, and un-insured items. The US Post Office now makes it nearly impossible or not at all for merchandise to be insured. We will no longer guarantee any merchandise that is not insured or cannot be insured (according to the US Post Office). All un-insured items are sent at purchaser’s risk. We will consider exchanging merchandise, but we are under no pressure to do so. IF we agree to an exchange, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee charged. This payment must be made before exchange can occur. The returned merchandise MUST be in a condition that will allow its resale. Returned books which do not meet these criteria will be kept and not exchanged.
